Best Bets: Maple Syrup Festival
N/A
Mar. 22, 2018 12:52 am
The sap is flowing, so it's time to get going to Indian Creek Nature Center for some old-fashioned, flapjack-flippin' fun. This weekend's 35th annual Maple Syrup Festival shows visitors how syrup gets from tap to table, then sample the finished product poured over pancakes or turned into craft beer and ice cream. Music also is on tap both days, and a shuttle will run from the Amazing Space to demonstrations at the Barn.
