Best Bet: World War II Remembered
Hoopla
Aug. 16, 2018 2:23 pm
World War II Remembered is just one way the Seminole Valley Farm Museum strives to keep history alive and also to honor the nation's veterans. The public is invited to come to the farm grounds to see artifacts from that era and visit with veterans from not only World War II, but Korea, Vietnam and more. You might even see a skirmish between different groups from the war. Admission is free, but donations are encouraged, half of which will go toward Honor Flight trips to Washington, D.C.
World War II Remembered
9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday (8/18) and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday (8/19), Seminole Valley Farm Museum, 1400 Seminole Valley Rd. NE, Cedar Rapids; free admission, donations accepted
