A Hug A Day

Like the proverbial apple, a hug a day can keep the doctor away.
So believes Harland Hetzler, 89, of Monticello (See today's Ramblin' column in The Gazette), who has subscribed the hugging theory since he read a small item about it. Harland says hugging, as well as walking at least a couple of miles a day, keeps him young.
Here's that piece about hugging that Harland read. He usually keeps a copy or two with him to hand out to people like me.
