The latest issue of the Iowa Nester newsletter, detailing current efforts to determine the status of Iowa's breeding birds, can be found here:

Included are maps showing changes in the breeding status of Bald Eagles and Henslow's Sparrows in Iowa since the first project, held from 1985-1990, as well as information on how to participate in the current Breeding Bird Atlas project.
