Hinson’s rescue plan vote was disappointing

I am very disappointed (but not surprised) that U.S. Rep. Ashley Hinson voted against the American Rescue Plan. The ARP has helped my family. My daughters and their families found the $1,400 stimulus checks to be a great help. The change to unemployment benefits also helped one of my sons-in-law. I thought congressional members were supposed to do what was best for their constituents. It is too bad Rep. Hinson is more interested in following the Republican Party line.
