Does Sen. Joni Ernst want to go back to Trump downturn?

Seen on C-SPAN, Sen. Joni Ernst complaining about inflation. Joni, in Iowa it is Republicans in charge, not Democrats. Does Ernst want to go back to when Trump was president and businesses closed down or had shorter hours? If people don't like what is going on under Biden, why is the parking lot is full at places like Walmart? Joni, the reason Trump lost the popular vote twice is because most people including some Republicans, see Trump as crook.
