COVID spawns another kind of ‘death panel’

Remember when Republicans alleged that the Affordable Care Act (or any government health care) would bring about the imposition of "death panels?" Now, Republican governors like Ron DeSantis, Greg Abbott, and Iowa's own Kim Reynolds, have become leaders who determine who lives and dies by refusing to follow or allow public health measures to combat COVID-19. You can never go wrong in overestimating the hypocrisy that pervades the Republican Party.
