As we enter 2015, what is the biggest issue facing communities in Eastern Iowa? What would make this a better place to live, work and play?
FROM OUR INBOX
In 2015, more bike trails in the busy parts of town especially Edgewood, Collins, and Wiley Boulevard would make it better. There's not a great way to get from west side to the other bike trails without busy road traffic.

The biggest issue facing communities is ignorance, apathy and too much reliance on propaganda fed to us by the liberal news media!
We need to strive toward more self-reliance rather than dependence on big government and, please, enough of all this political correctness nonsense!

' Annette T.: Use the money from the lottery to pay for roads and mental health care. Stop with the 'we need to raise gas tax to fix roads”. Where is all the lottery money and vehicle registration money going? Politicians have a spending problem. Fix it. We don't need more taxes here. We already pay more than most states.
