Zeeb, Linda Lou
Linda Lou Zeeb, 68, died following a short illness at her home in Cedar Rapids, on Monday, August 1, 2011. A Celebration of Life Graveside Service and burial will be held at noon Thursday, August 4, at Sixteen Cemetery, near Thornburg, Iowa. Visitation will be at the Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North English from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday.
A memorial fund has been established for the family.

She is survived by three children, Scott (Suzanne) Edmundson of Cedar Rapids, Stacy Rook of Cedar Rapids, and Shea (Jennifer) Rook of Cedar Rapids; and seven grandchildren, Zachary, Tucker, Kaitlin, Noah, Abigail, Megan and Andrew.
Also surviving is a sister, Brenda (Jim) Colby of Ankeny; and several nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Peggy Gorsch.
Linda was born on April 25, 1943, in Oskaloosa, Iowa, the daughter of Leroy John and Margaret Ann Latcham Edmundson. She graduated from Thornburg High School. Linda lived in Omaha, Glenwood and the past nine years in Cedar Rapids. She worked at various occupations during her life but always enjoyed arranging flowers and her arts and crafts. Her greatest joy was being with her family.
