Yeries, Franklin B.
Franklin B. Yeries, 70, of Oxford, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, at Windmill Manor in Coralville.
Franklin was born May 2, 1942, in Oxford, to Franklin and Theresa Yeries. In November 1979, Franklin married Shirley in Marshalltown. Franklin worked as a farmer for 30 years before retiring. Franklin enjoyed spending time with his family.
In his free time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, and working in his garden.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley; two children, Jake Yeries and Sarah Yeries; his two sisters, Mary Jean (Paul) Stebral and Lorraine (Ray) Kutcher; a granddaughter, Ava Yeries; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers, Kenneth Yeries, Leland Yeries and Stanley Yeries.
