Wratten, Elma M. 'Polly'
On July 2, 2010, Elma M. “Polly” Wratten, 92, of Redding, Calif., formerly of Cedar Rapids, left this world. A service commemorating Polly's life will be held at 10 a.m. Sept. 11 in the chapel at First Congregational Church, 361 17th St. SE, Cedar Rapids. A reception for friends and family will follow at the church.
