Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 18, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 East Sixth St., Vinton, by Pastor Phil Borleske. Interment: Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
