Wolfe, James 'Jimmy'
James “Jimmy” Wolfe, 42, of Cedar Rapids, died at his home Friday, Aug. 31, 2012.A Celebration of Jimmy's Life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, at New Shack Tavern, 2425 Old River Rd. SW, Cedar Rapids.Papich-Kuba Funeral Service is serving the family.
Jimmy is survived by his daughter, Brittany Sprague, Cedar Falls; three sisters, Shirley (Harold) Porter, Lakewood, Colo., Dianna Hansel and Tami Ladwig, both of Cedar Rapids; two nephews and five nieces, including Samantha, Jazmine and Jerzie; and many close friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvy and Anna (Dittmar) Wolfe.
James was born Sept. 26, 1969, in Cedar Rapids and was a lifetime resident.He had worked at the New Shack Tavern for the past several years.
Jimmy enjoyed fishing and was an Iowa Hawkeyes and Minnesota Vikings fan.
