WILMA P. BAIRD

Wilma P. Baird, 65, of Hiawatha, died at her home on Jan. 4, 2017. A Celebration of Life service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. Inurnment: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her children, Kristy, Kathryn and Lyle Baird; her father, Lyle Offerman; and a brother, Raymond Offerman, all of Cedar Rapids; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents and mother.
Wilma was born July 28, 1951, in Iowa City, the daughter of Lyle and Kathryn Grimm Offerman. Wilma was a supervisor at Apac for more than 12 years.
She was a former member of the Eagles Club and Moose Lodge. Wilma enjoyed reading, crocheting and Scooby-Doo and her favorite treat was ice cream cones.
Her greatest joy, however, was the time spent with her friends and beloved family.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
