Williams, Kenneth D.
Kenneth D. Williams, 56, died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013, at the Jones Regional Medical Center, Anamosa, following a sudden illness. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, at the Hopkinton Community Church. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wedneday at the Goettsch Funeral Home, Hopkinton.

Surviving is his wife, Nancy; two children, Danaca (Kelly) Edwards, Ryan and Kory Williams, Hopkinton; five grandchildren, Jennifer, Kyle, Maddyx, Kayden and Jaxson; his mother, Joan (Bill) Manson, Manchester; his siblings, Randy (Julie) Williams, Springville, Rodney Williams, Cedar Rapids, Shirley (Ron) Hettinger, Masonville, Sherry (Morris) Letts, Walker and Darin (Cara) Manson, Centerville; and aunts and uncles, Larry Williams, Ryan, Jerry Williams, Judy Bremer, both of Marion, Bill Williams, Carolyn Williams-White and Dennis Williams, all of Manchester.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Kenneth Dean Williams was born May 15, 1956, at Manchester, Iowa. He was the son of Charles and Joan (Huggins) Williams. He attended school at West Delaware in Manchester and Maquoketa Valley in Delhi. Kenneth married Nancy Cline on Oct. 11, 1974, at Delhi, Iowa. Kenneth was currently employed at XL Trailers in Manchester as a welder. He has worked at Exide Batteries, Lewis Systems, Scat, Henderson Products, EIP, Big A Auto Parts, Dried Whey and Jays Auto and Dileman Construction. When he wasn't working or remodeling something, he liked to fish and play guitar.
