Williams, Jeffrey D.
Jeffrey D. Williams, 22, died Monday, July 4, 2011, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City following a sudden illness. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Saturday at Hrabak Funeral Home in Belle Plaine. Graveside services: 10 a.m. Saturday at Rector Cemetery in Chelsea by the Rev. Charles Johnson.
He is survived by his parents, Dave and Charlotte Williams, and brother, Mike Williams, all of Conroy; grandmother, Pauline Baker of Chelsea; also several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Forrest and Dolly Williams of New Sharon; and grandfather, Keith Baker of Chelsea.
Jeffrey loved animals. He enjoyed walking dogs at the Washington County Animal Shelter. He was employed by the Washington County Development Center. He was active in Special Olympics, winning several medals.
