William W. "Bill" Wagamon, 89, of Washington, died Friday, Aug. 25, 2017, in Washington.
Celebration of Life services will be held at a later date. Interment will be at Elm Grove Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for Paws & More Animal Shelter.

He is survived by his wife, Mary R. Wagamon of Washington; daughter, Mary Virginia Carlson and husband Stephen of Crossville, Tenn.; and grandson, Brent William Carlson and wife Lauren of Batavia, Ill.
