William F. "Bill" Tharp, 66, died Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2016, at his home in rural Vinton.
Celebration of Life: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, at Blessed Hope Church in Vinton, with the Rev. Matt Hantz officiating. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, at Van Steenhuyse-Russell Funeral Home, Vinton. Cremation will follow services; committal services will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Vinton, at a later date.
