WILLIAM STARK
Naples, Fla.
William Henry Stark, 87, of Naples, Fla., previously of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away Monday, May 23, 2016. A private family graveside service will take place at Lafayette Cemetery, rural Alburnett.
Survivors include his wife, Georgine of Naples; son, Haven (Connie Render) of Cedar Rapids; grandson, Zachary (Kyla) Stark; a great-grandchild on the way; sister-in-law, Ruth Stark; several nieces and nephews; and extended family, Brian (Cheree) Diver, Jason Diver, Christine Ans, Amanda Ans and Aleks (Jessica) Ans.
William was born June 15, 1928, to Leo and Leona (Reuter) Stark. He was the owner of WH Stark & Son Grading and Excavating, helping to construct roads and interstates locally, as well as in Illinois and Missouri. He enjoyed traveling and has had many interesting journeys to Mexico and Europe.
He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Louise; daughter, Diane Stark McElliot; and brother, Arthur.
