WILLIAM "RICH" MYERS
West Branch
William "Rich" Myers, 78, of West Branch, ended his life Friday May 13, 2022.
He was born Oct. 17, 1943, in Dixon, Neb., son of William "Bill" and Lorene Myers. After graduating from Regina High School the Class of 1961 he attended Ellsworth Junior College. He was an U.S. Army Vietnam War Veteran. He moved to Norfolk, Neb., in the late '70s and returned to the Iowa City area in 2006 to be closer to family.
Survivors include his siblings, Patricia Roe, Linda Atkinson and Joel Myers.
He was preceded in death by two nieces; and three brothers-in-law, George Gerlits, Bob Atkinson and Joe Roe.
