WILLIAM "GABE" REED
Solon
William "Gabe" Gabriel Reed, infant son of Lindsey (Payton) and Brock Reed of Solon, was welcomed into the hands of Jesus before his birth on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015. A memorial service for family and friends will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City. Graveside services will be later that day at 3:30 p.m. at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Waterloo.

His family includes his parents, Lindsey and Brock; big brother, Braxon; maternal grandparents, Barb and Bill Payton of Waterloo; paternal grandparents, Jennifer and Larry "Pete" Reed of Clermont; great-grandparents, Bill and Bev Payton; great-grandmothers, Pat Delagardelle and Leota Reed; aunts and uncles, Bre Payton, Brett (Irisa) Payton, Sheila (Jon) Reed, Lori (Gary) Ware and Mike (Patty) Reed; and 16 cousins.
Gabe was preceded in death his by great-grandparents, Roger and Gretchen Harris; and great- grandfathers, Bob Delagardelle and Maurice Reed.
