Peters, 74, died Saturday, March 1, 2014, at Cedar Manor Nursing Home, Tipton. Graveside services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 5, at Clarence Cemetery, with the Rev. David Mears officiating.
He was born Feb. 3, 1940, at Davenport, Iowa, to Arthur and Velma Steinke Peters. They preceded him in death.
He is survived by
cousins.
