WILLIAM "BILL" KRAMER

William "Bill" Kramer, 66, died July 19, 2017, at St. Luke's Hospice in Cedar Rapids.
A Mass Of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 24, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Vinton with Father Ardel Barta as celebrant. Interment will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Urbana. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. Sixth St. in Vinton.
William, known to family and friends as "Bill," was born April 3, 1951, in Urbana to Harold and Marguerite (Mahoney) Kramer.
On Nov. 22, 1980, he was united in marriage to Shellene Hora in Vinton.
Bill was a bricklayer and adored his family.
He is survived by his wife, Shellene of Vinton; his sons, Tony (Bina) Kramer of Washington state; his daughters, Tracey (Robert) Sweet of Vinton and Tracy (Bryan) Miller of Washington, Iowa; his grandchildren, Erika, Arleen, Keson, Caiden, Kyann, Kendra, Izzey and Charlie; his brothers, Ron (Sheila) Kramer of California and Dan (Donna) Kramer of Nebraska; and his sister, Generose (Chuck) Flatberg of Vinton.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial fund has been established.
