William Joseph Pfeffer Jr., 72, passed away Friday, Oct. 22, 2021.
Funeral services: 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29, at Rhoton Funeral Home, 1511 S interstate 35E Carrollton, TX 75006.
William is survived by wife, Marlena, Rowlett Texas; stepdaughter, Mihaela Plesa, Dallas Texas; brother, John Charles Pfeffer (Patti) Modesto, Calif.; brother, Michael David Pfeffer (Terry) of Bonita Springs, Fla.; sister, Carol Kristan Pfeffer-O'Neill of Toddville. Iowa; and nieces and nephews, Matthew Michael Julia Megan Zach Erin Jonathan and Rebecca.
William was born June 7, 1949, at Fort Bragg, N.C., to William Sr. and Marian Pfeffer. He attended Culver Military Academy and graduated from Jefferson high school Cedar Rapids in 1966. He attended West Point Military Academy and completed his education at Iowa State University with degrees in institutional management and engineering. He traveled across the country building banks business parks and malls before setting and retiring in Dallas, Texas. He married Marlena Plesa on June 2, 1999. in Las Vegas. He spent his retirement golfing and spending time at his condo in Oklahoma. Bill was loved and cherished by many who will miss him dearly.
