William Ralph Jones, 58, of Waco, Texas, formerly of Clarence, died Saturday, Aug. 19, 2017, in Waco.
Survivors include his wife, Kelli; son, Justin of Fort Worth, Texas; stepson, Chris Baker of Dallas; brothers, Kevin of Cedar Rapids, Chuck McAtee of Tipton and Scott McAtee of Rochester, Iowa; sister, Linda Wallace of Tipton; and his father, Charles McAtee.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosalie A. Reece McAtee; and niece, Anna Rose.
William was employed as a truck driver for many years. He was an avid NASCAR fan, a Dale Earnhart Sr. fan and loved spending time outdoors with his family and friends.
A celebration of Bill's life will be at 1 p.m. Sept. 30 for family at Clarence Cemetery, followed by a potluck at the City Park in Clarence from 1:30 to 5 p.m.
