William "Bill" James Richmond, 88, of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2019, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 6, 2020, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church. Visitation will be one hour before Mass at the church. Burial will be in Czech National Cemetery where there will be military rites. Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids is in charge of Bill's arrangements.
