WILLIAM "BILLY" RAYMOND FLATTERY JR. Cedar Rapids William "Billy" Raymond Flattery Jr., 51, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2016, at his home. A private family inurnment will take place at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date. Survivors include sisters, Jody (Gary) Budreau of Fort Mill, S.C., Cindy (Rick) VanDerMillen of Marion and Suzanne Flattery of Cedar Rapids; stepbrother, Francis (Julie) Lins of Marshalltown; stepsisters, Mary (Kevin) Lynch of Gilbert, Ariz., Alyce Kelley of Marshalltown, Peggy (Bob) Lewis of Marshalltown and Evette (Dan) Dombrosky of Urbandale; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Sr. and June Flattery; stepmother, Marilyn (Lins) Flattery; sister, Roxanne Sullivan; and brother, Mark Stevens. He was born Feb. 28, 1965, in Fort Dodge, the son of William Sr. and June (Campbell) Flattery. He attended Linn-Mar schools. He worked as an autobody paint and repairman in Marion and Cedar Rapids. Billy loved to fish and was a big fan of the Green Bay Packers and Iowa Hawkeyes.
