Bill Lafler, 63, of Onslow, Iowa, passed away Friday, June 30, 2023, at the Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House in Hiawatha.
Bill worked 32 years at the Anamosa State Penn, before retiring in 2015 to the state of Florida.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Lafler; parents, William Sr. and Judith Lafler; and siblings, Neil Lafler and Julie Moyer.
He is survived by his children, Juston (Jamie) Lafler of Riverview, Fla., Nick (Jessie) Lafler of Huntersville, N.C., and Brynn (Josh) Falls of Onslow, Iowa; and two grandsons, Tristan Lafler and Keegan Vaske. He is also survived by a brother, Doug (Lisa) Lafler of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
