WILLIAM "BILL" DUSTER
Littleton, Colo
William "Bill" Duster, 93, of Littleton, Colo., and formerly of Cedar Rapids, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019.
Bill Duster was a native of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and lieutenant junior grade in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He graduated from Immaculate High School in 1943 and graduated from University of Iowa in 1948. Bill retired as corporate vice president of Honeywell Inc. in 1986, after which he taught business at University of Colorado at Denver. He was active in his parish and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his wife, Audrey Duster; children, Mark (Carol), Ann (Christopher), Steve (Magda) and David (Robin); sister, Catherine "Katie" Enns; and 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by son, Charles Duster; and wife, Margaret Patricia Morrissey.
The service will be officiated by Father Edward Kinerk at St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church in Littleton at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 24, 2019. Burial will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery with military funeral honors in Denver at 9:15 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 25, 2019.
