William Andrew "Andy" Roberge, 40, formerly of Iowa City, died Wednesday, Dec.
30, 2020, of an accident in his home in Ankeny.
Private family services
are planned. A Celebration
of Life will be planned later this year. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed
to an educational fund for Andy's children c/o William Roberge, 2101 Highway 6 East No. 207, Iowa City, IA 52240.
Andy was born Aug. 11, 1980, in LaMirada, Calif., the son of William Roberge and Susan Butters. He was a 1998 graduate of Iowa City City High School. He received his bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Iowa. Andy loved film and watching movies, music, reading, baseball and Kansas City Chiefs football. Most important to Andy were his children and family. He was a loving father, son and brother. His kindness and wit will be greatly missed by all!
Andy is survived by his son, Roman (10) and his daughter, Calla (6) and their mother, Stephanie Crann Roberge, all of Ankeny; his parents, Bill Roberge and Susan (Dave) Hartwell, all of Iowa City; his brother, Jamie (Amy) Butters of Pleasant Ridge, Mich.; nieces, Ruth, Zoe and Bebe; as well as many extended family members.
Andy was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents and his aunt, Ellen Fuller.
