Wilfred Dean Suchy was born June 28, 1936, in Belle Plaine, Iowa. He died on Jan. 17, 2022, at his home near Victor.
He is survived by son, Mark (Stephanie) Suchy; daughter, Babette Suchy; daughter-in-law, Anna Suchy; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; siblings, Richard Suchy, Karen C. Suchy, DeLonde Suchy, Veronica (Dave) Porter and Dan (Verla) Suchy; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Wilfred was preceded in death by his wife, Madonna Sheda Suchy; and his sons, David and Willie Suchy.
Private services will be held at the St. Bridget Catholic Church in Victor. The service will be livestreamed, 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 21, through the funeral service Facebook page and the video will be available for seven days.
