Wickham, Robert 'Bob' J.
Robert “Bob” J. Wickham, 69, of Murrells Inlet, S.C., died Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2012, at Tidelands Community Hospice House. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, March 2, at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Beach Chapel, in Murrells Inlet, S.C. The family will receive friends one hour before the service.
Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, he was a son of DeLoris and the late Leon Wickham. Mr. Wickham was an eight-year United States Marine Corps veteran who served two terms in Vietnam. He was a member of the Murrells Inlet VFW, American Legion and the Surfside Beach Moose Lodge. Mr. Wickham retired from the Central Intelligence Agency after 30 years of service.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are his wife of 21 years, Eleanor Wickham; daughters, Amara Dalpezzo of Virginia, Victoria Spain of Cedar Rapids and Ella Graf of Wisconsin; a brother, Michael Wickham of Cedar Rapids; and a sister, Connie Robinson of Center Point.
