Wenman Sr., Lloyd H. 'Smoke'
Lloyd H. “Smoke” Wenman Sr., 75, lifelong resident of Iowa City, died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012, in Cedar Rapids. No services are planned.
Smoke was born June 13, 1936, in North Liberty, the son of Charles and Opal (Jordan) Wenman. He married Bess Woods on Aug. 15, 1975, in Rock Island.
Smoke is survived by his wife, Bess; his children and grandchildren; and several siblings.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorials may be directed to Iowa City Hospice.
