Wendy Lees Schaller Figge, 65, of Aurora, Colo., formerly of West Union, died Monday, June 25, 2018. Friends and family members are invited to attend a celebration of life, officiated by Pastor Don Best, on Monday, Aug. 13. Visitation begins at 10 a.m. and the service at 11 a.m. at Bethel Presbyterian Church, West Union.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Figge, M.D.; a son, Timothy Figge of Iowa City; daughters, Jill Ward (Richard) of Cumming, Ga., Johanna Figge of Denver, Colo., Erin Trew (Ryan) of Aurora, and Sara Figge of Denver; brothers, Steve (Pam), Gene (Diana) and Dennis Schaller; a sister, Metta (Vernon) Beninga; her mother, Arleta Schaller Vandersee; and stepfather, Donald Vandersee.
She was preceded in death by her father, David Schaller.
