Weltha, Nicole 'Nikki'
Nicole “Nikki” Weltha, 38, of Reinbeck, formerly of Marion, died Friday, March 18, 2011, at Covenant Medical Center, Waterloo, due to complications from a 25-year struggle with addiction. Memorial services: 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 22, at Reinbeck United Methodist Church. Interment will be private.
Survivors include her mother, Dorothy Weltha, Reinbeck; sisters, Donna Hageman, Cedar Rapids, and Tracy (Daniel) Howe, Camdenton, Mo.; nieces and nephew, Morgan and Ambur Hageman, Abigail, Addison, Thomas and Rhianna Howe; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Weltha.
