Kenneth R. Wells “Kenny,” 58, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Sept. 14, 2012, in Lincoln, Neb., following a long illness.
He was born Feb. 18, 1955.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ivan in 1985; his mother, Frances in 1994; and an older brother, Joey.
Survivors include a daughter, Kendra Weaver, 26; son, Luke Smith Wells, 17; brother, Brian; sisters, Cheryl Wells Abram and Susan Bergen; and many nieces and nephews.
Kenneth was a pipe fitter by trade and worked for Fagen Inc. for many years. He enjoyed fishing, camping and nature. He will be dearly missed by those who loved him.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
