Wells, Gareth
Gareth Dolan Wells, 22, of Marion, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009, at home. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Marion. The family will greet friends from 4 to 9 p.m., Monday at the home of Rod Wells, 5285 Winslow Rd., Marion, Iowa.
Survivors include his father, Rod Wells; his mother, Erin (Keith) Schlichte; sisters, Brianna, Keely, and Delaney Wells; a brother, Dreyson Robe; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Gareth was born March 3, 1987, the son of Rod Wells and Erin Dolan, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He loved sports, especially basketball and Ohio State, and also enjoyed rap music.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Gareth's memory.
