Married 65 years, Fritz and Wanda died within a few days of each other from separate illnesses. Wanda died Friday, Feb. 10, 2012, and Fritz died Feb. 15, 2012.
Services will be 4:30 p.m. March 3 at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City.
Their family suggests memorials be made to Iowa City Hospice, Mercy Hospice and/or Iowa City Animal and Care Adoption Center.
