Wayne Eugene Molyneux, 78, of Marion, died Monday May 6, 2024 in his home. Honoring Wayne’s wishes, there will be no services. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Emma Molyneux, his children, Robert Molyneux, Dewayne Molyneux, James Molyneux, Taffy Molyneux, Brenda Molyneux of all of Cedar Rapids, IA and Tracy Molyneux of Marion, IA, grandchildren, Rachel Molyneux and Jorden George and many more and many great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his son, Michael Molyneux.
Wayne was born October 30, 1945, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Glen and Helen (Raplingur) Molyneux. He graduated with his GED from Job Corp. He married Emma Barber on August 31, 1979, in Toddville, Iowa. Wayne worked for ADEC and was a member of the Labor Union 43 in Cedar Rapids. He was a member of Marion Christian Church and he enjoyed fishing and doing woodwork.
