Wanda Ann Jordan, 55, of Marion, passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 14, 2017. A Celebration of Life will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 18, at the lodge in Palisades-Kepler State Park, 700 Kepler Dr., Mount Vernon. Arrangements by Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Marion.
Wanda is survived by her husband, Mark; daughter, Amber Jo (Robert Bourdon) Jordan; son, Matt (Jaime Hansen) Jordan; mother, Phyllis Engstrom; sister, Andrea Engstrom; and brothers, Doug (Kim) Engstrom and David Engstrom.
She was preceded in death by her father, Hjalmar Engstrom.
Wanda was born March 5, 1962, in Granite Falls, Minn., the daughter of Hjalmar and Phyllis (Schoen) Engstrom. She graduated from Linn-Mar High School in 1980. On Oct. 20, 1985, she was united in marriage to Mark Jordan at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. Wanda owned her own cleaning business. She enjoyed being outdoors, especially kayaking, fishing and going for walks. Wanda also enjoyed antique shops with Mark. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
