Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola, with visitation one hour before the service. Burial will follow in Rosemount Cemetery, Milo.
Wanda was born March 31, 1916, in Des Moines, Iowa. On Nov. 23, 1942, she married Gerald Cleveland. He preceded her in death on Feb. 23, 2000.
Wanda is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Fran and Don Hatfield of Cedar Rapids and Donna and Steve Reineck of St. Charles; seven grandsons and their families, Don and Kristen Hatfield, Quintin, Austin and Griffin; Jeremy Gibbons and Julie Dalrymple and Lilly; Gary and Kristi Hatfield, Hannah, Logan, Chloe and Mason; Matt and Darci Gibbons, Claire and Kassie; Mike and Mary Ann Hatfield; Steve Hatfield; Dan Hatfield and Haidyn; three granddaughters and their families, Karen Wright and Andrew; Ann Hatfield and Kurt Gurley and Laurel, Adelyn and Tesia; and Amy and Chad Ray and Morgan, Jackson and Owen; and one stepgrandson and his family, Kurt and Sarah Reineck, Annabelle and William.
Wanda was always a very positive, kind, gentle, loving person who enjoyed people and loved visiting with them. She truly never met a stranger. She took pride in being a homemaker and working around the house and yard. But her greatest passion was her family who meant the world to her.
She will be greatly missed, but she has left her family many wonderful memories.
