Hazel “Haz” Caroline Walvatne, 85, of West Union, passed away Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at Palmer Lutheran Hospital in West Union. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, at Burnham-Wood Funeral Home in West Union with a visitation one hour before service time. Burnham-Wood & S.K. Rogers Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
