Walter, Thelma Hazel
Thelma Hazel Walter, 88, died Friday, September 11, 2009, at the English Valley Care Center in North English. Celebration of Life Service: 10 a.m. Tuesday at North English United Methodist Church, with Pastor Kirk Statler officiating. Burial: Oak Hill Cemetery in Williamsburg. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. on Monday at Powell Funeral Home in North English.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry Walter and wife, Geri of Cedar Rapids, and Gene Walter and wife, Jane of Tulsa, Okla.
