Walter, Enid M.
Enid M. Walter, 98, died Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011, at Buchanan County Health Center, Independence, after a brief illness. Celebration of Life services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, at the Union Church in Quasqueton. Inurnment will be at a later date in the Quasqueton Cemetery. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. today at Fawcett Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Winthrop and after 10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Surviving family includes her son, Herbie of Winthrop; and two daughters, Jane Olson of Rowley and Peg Powell of Ames.
