Waddell, Christina S.

Christina S. Waddell, 41, of Coralville, died Friday, March 30, 2012, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 5, at Gay and Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City. There will be a period of visitation and refreshments one hour before the services and following the services at the funeral home. Burial will take place Friday at Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in her memory to Iowa City Hospice.

Christina Suzanne Waddell was born May 14, 1970, in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Roger and Jacquelynn (Cutkomp) Waddell. Christina was an active member in her church, loved animals, the outdoors, cooking, watching movies, doing crafts and always sharing a good joke, as she had quite the sense of humor! But most dear to her were her children, she loved being Mom!

Her family includes her children, Suzanne Marie, Christopher Thomas, Joshua Richard and Cameron Cole; parents, Roger and Jacquelynn Waddell; three sisters and their husbands, Joanna and Tino Garcia of Marion, Allyson and Brandon Reynolds of Highland, Utah, and Elizabeth and Jason Titze of Fairfield; and eight nieces and nephews, A.J., Olivia, Hannah, Kate, William, Elizabeth, Rachael and Andrew.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, aunts and uncles.
