Virginia May Hepker, age 100, of North English, formerly of Marengo, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at the English Valley Care Center. Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, April 7, 2018, at Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo, with the Rev. Eddie Thomas officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, April 7, 2018, from 9:30 a.m. until service time, at Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo. Burial will be in the Dunkard Cemetery, Midway, Iowa. Memorials may be contributed to the Church of the Nazarene World Evangelism Funds.
Virginia is survived by four daughters, LaVonne Hinkle of California, Ellen (David) Ewing of North Carolina, Jean Hepker of Mt. Pleasant and Janice (Jim) Hoylman of Webster; a daughter-in-law, Jan Hepker; 10 grandchildren, Bryce, Tadd, Kara, Brenda, Meridith, Jeremiah, Melinda, Tonya, Alisa and Serena; 24 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Warren, in 2004; a daughter, Carol Jean, in infancy; a son, Kenneth; and a granddaughter, Theresa.
