Vincent Paul Cronbaugh, 46, of Toledo, passed away of lymphoma on Friday, Oct. 21, 2016, at his home with his family by his side. He was under the care of Iowa River Hospice. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, at First Presbyterian Church in Toledo, with Pastor Doug Darnold officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, Oct. 25, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama.
Vincent was born March 3, 1970, in Iowa City, Iowa, the son of Robert and Connie (Miller) Cronbaugh. He married Kelly Kibbee and they later divorced. Vince worked factory jobs and went on disability in 2008.
He was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed visiting with friends.
Survivors include his mother, Connie Pugh of Toledo; his father, Bob (Sandy) Cronbaugh of Solon; one son, Chance Cronbaugh of Des Moines; his siblings, Michael (Michelle) Cronbaugh of Coralville, Scott (Cindy) Cronbaugh of Newton, Kelly Hoerner of Toledo, Maj. Troy (Michelle) Cronbaugh of Okinawa, Japan, Kelly (Bryce) Chapman of Mount Vernon, Lisa (Doug) Weiland of Mechanicsville, Joel Curtis of Coralville and Trena (Derek) Haynes of Davenport; aunts and uncles, Nan (Steve) Walter of Blairstown, Gould Miller Jr. of Belle Plaine, Ron (Teri) Duffy of Cedar Rapids, John (Lisa) Duffy of Van Horne, Brenda (Jim Tjelmeland) Duffy of Vinton, Mark (Brenda) Duffy of Belle Plaine, Lori (Flint Owens) Duffy of Palo, Rosa Taylor of Missouri, Wanda (Lester) Stull of Centerville, Kelly (John) Owens of Des Moines, Ronny (Karen) Cronbaugh of Ladora and Marlo Cronbaugh of Marengo; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Leonard Pugh; his grandmother, Jackie Thompson; his grandfathers, Don Duffy and Gould Miller Sr.; and grandparents, Arlo and Leta Cronbaugh.
