VICTORIA LEE (CONVEY) MAHDAVI

Victoria Lee (Convey) Mahdavi, 58, of Loveland, Colo., died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2016, at North Shore Health and Rehab in Loveland. Funeral service: 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories. A visitation will be held one hour before the service. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Victoria was born Aug. 12, 1957, the daughter of George and Angie (Beltran) Convey in Cedar Rapids. She graduated from LaSalle High School in Cedar Rapids in 1975. On Aug. 1, 1980, she was united into marriage to Hossain Mahdavi. Victoria and Hossain moved to Loveland, Colo., in 1994. She worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 22 years. Victoria had many hobbies that included shopping, being outdoors and dancing to '70s music. She also had an avid love for dogs and birds. Most of all, Victoria enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all.
Survivors include her husband, Hossain Mahdavi of Loveland; daughter, Jennifer (Matthew Clements) Mahdavi of Parker, Colo.; parents, George and Angie Convey of Cedar Rapids; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
