Victor F. Naxera, 92, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2021, at UnityPoint Health-St. Luke's Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow at Czech National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10, at Papich-Kuba Funeral Home East and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the church.
