Victor was born in Rock Island, Ill., on Oct. 15, 1926, graduated from United Township School in East Moline, Ill., and served in WWII. He worked at Collins Radio, was self-employed and owned V and A Masonry. Victor was always so sweet! He was never negative or judgmental and was a rock for his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Salvadore and Andrea Cedillo; his brother and sisters, Gloria Zaragoza (East Moline), Cassie Ward (California), Nellie Puga (East Moline), Delores Galardo (California) and Tony Cedillo (Davenport).
He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather, and will be sorely missed by all, including his many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
